Job description:
- Building long term relationships with customers and position itself as a trusted consultant
- Solve the challenges of the client in the following areas:
- Design Data Center
- Assessing the current location in relation to ITIL best practices
- Design of infrastructure platform
- Development of the "business case" for infrastructure
- Virtualization "cloud computing"
- Operational processes and tools infrastructure
- Implementation of the infrastructure solution
- Infrastructure Outsourcing
- Attend pre-sales activities and post-sales service offers prepare
- Assist senior sales team to identify opportunities and track these last until closing.
- Conduct interviews and workshops with our clients
- Contribute to the growth of the practice, participate in the development and delivery of training programs
- Develop your expertise in a specialization and your reputation as a business consultant

Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years experience, including 2-5 years in diagnosis and assessment of infrastructure, business analysis, and delivery systems
- Undergraduate degree with excellent academic results
- Master's degree and / or professional studies is a plus
- Double management expertise and infrastructure, and diverse experiences are an asset
- Experience in infrastructure in industry and consulting
- Strong commitment to professional excellence in customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in teams
- Superior oral and written skills
- Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions
- Analytical skills solving skills tested
- Ability to identify and realize business opportunities
- Ability to identify and maximize opportunities Customer
- Trip to Canada and occasionally abroad. Candidates must be able to go to the United States to work on customer orders.
- Fully bilingual (French, English)
